Day 17 -- August 12, 2019
The temperature in Freeport ME was a crisp 58 degrees when we left a couple of weeks ago, but we wake in Longview to sunshine and 77, with a heat advisory. Yep, we are back in Texas.
In Longview we take Sweet Caroline from one motorhome dealer to Motor Homes of Texas in Nacogdoches for service. Then we continue on an uneventful trip to our home at The Bristol Condominiums in Houston.
To celebrate our homecoming, we have cocktails and dinner at Pappadeaux's Restaurant. Herb shows the crab claws he is enjoying.
