Dinner with Friends - 9/4/2012

Gail texts that she and Patrick are just coming into Elliott Bay, so we turn on 66A to hear when they arrive at Bell Harbor.  Jorge and Herb stand by to assist with the lines of That's It.

This completes the arrival of the two Ranger Tugs that cruised with Moon Dance to cross the Strait of Georgia when returning from Desolation Sound. 

Vicki and Bruce will host a reunion dinner tonight for them, and have invited Herb and me to help celebrate.

Late in the afternoon we stroll along Alaskan Way toward their condo overlooking Olympic Sculpture Park.  We see beautiful sights along the way.

Vicki introduces her kitties, Mowgli and Oban, and they are pretty friendly tonight.

Mowgli checks out the table to be sure the place settings are OK.

I expect to hear Oban shortly, as he is the tattle-tail whenever Mowgli does anything wrong!

Bruce makes tasty and beautiful drinks for all, and assists Vicki in preparing the plates.

All too soon it is time to say goodnight, and we start on our way out.  James, the concierge, greets us.

Jorge calls to us that our transportation has arrived.  Someone is full of surprises!
