Nancy, this is smoked salmon on focaccia bread. Yummmm! How easy is that? You just go into a restaurant, glance at the menu, and order.
Notice the small portion of chips and small portion of salad.....they call it half and half. Calvin's Bistro does a great job in the kitchen, and their service is the best I have seen in a long time.......anywhere!
A sign on one of the shops keeps getting my attention, and today I must photograph it. We do not take time to go inside, but I am sure they have many things that we need.
The sign reminds me of Bed Bath & Beyond, which my friend calls 'Bed Bath & Bankrupt.'
