Day 124 - Anacortes WA - Sunday, September 11, 2011

Arrivederci, Bremerton...............it is time to go, so we wave Goodbye to our friends as we head toward Anacortes.

A quick look around shows us the ferry that we must avoid.

It is a lazy day and the seals are taking their Sunday afternoon nap.  We travel today with Randy and Ida on Adventurer, and enjoy scenes we saw before.

Seattle Space Needle

And some we have not seen -- orcas.

C-Voyager waves, but who is she?

In the photo below, if you look closely, you can see the Coast Guard helicopter on a mission.

Kids and dogs and grownups all enjoy the Sunday afternoon on the beach at Point No Point.

We pass the entrance to Deception Pass, and remember walking across the bridge last year to watch the swirling water, but have never taken the boat through.  Not much swirl today, as it is slack and a good time to go through.  However that is not on our agenda today.

As we pass Skyline in Anacortes, we say Goodbye for today to Randy and Ida, and continue our cruise to Cap Sante and 'home' for one more day.
