For appetizers, Vicki prepares cold prawns, and a favorite of Herb's -- ahi poke'. Bruce contributes his tasty version of won ton crisps. Yum! He is also quite talented at the bar.
I always enjoy watching them in the kitchen -- such a team!
Dinner is grilled romaine salad with Caesar dressing, garlic bread and a wonderfully delicious soup. I won't give away Vicki's recipe, but the photo speaks for itself...halibut, clams and more!
Bruce fondly calls the meal Fall comfort food. Herb and I agree.
