Who Packed these Boxes? -- 9/26/2013 -- Day 139

We are on our way!

It will be so good to see our friends in the South, and enjoy the life we live there.

After we pass through the Seattle area, we cross over Snoqualmie Pass and continue toward Ellensburg.  We leave behind much beautiful scenery on this cloudy day.

And work being done in the mountains.

Now down in the valley we drive past green pastures with cattle grazing alongside irrigation systems giving the vineyards a drink.  Could anything be more beautiful?

Our stop for the night is Kennewick, still in the state of Washington.  Apparently, we packed in a hurry and did not wisely put everything we would need for the night in one bag.

What a sight we must be on this parking lot while we look for the one missing item(s) that we cannot do without!

Find Jake's treats....

  1. Glad to see that you have a Golden as a boat dog. Our first Golden was a Jake followed by a Carson. Now we have Carson #2 and Clint. All are rescues. Not sure if two Goldens will fit on an R21EC but my wife is getting closer to the purchasing decision.

  2. Jake is our second; the first was Champ. Such loyal companions they are. We spend 4-5 months living aboard in the summers, and Jake is part of the family. I'm sure Carson 2 and Clint will love traveling with you. Thanks for your comments.
