A Cookie to Remember -- 1/30/2015

On our last evening in Seattle, a restaurant on the waterfront in the heart of downtown seems to call to us.  Donning warm coats, Vicki, Bruce, Herb and I walk across the street at Happy Hour time.

Appetizers are served and I enjoy the ambiance of the dining room, with its artichoke lights.

Waiters love to take photos...lots and lots of photos.

And a favorite of mine --

When our server asks if we saved room for dessert, we think not.  "Oh, but you must! Check out the dessert menu."  It is hard for me to pass up ice cream, so that is my choice, and it just happens to come with a cookie.

Cookies are fine.

No one told me it is a huge cookie that serves four!

  1. Very nice! Looks like you guys had a wonderful time and what a lovely friendship you have with Bruce and Vicki! BTW we bought an R27 at the boat show! We should get her in mid March. She will be christened on April 26th at our Marina during our annual Open Boat event for the yacht club. Same name and same color, most folks will probably not detect any difference, but boy we will. Now we will have and inverter, larger GPS, auto pilot, TV/DVD, electric flush toilet, propane with a stove and oven, lamps, not to mention the 200hp Volvo engine, 20 more gallons of fuel and water! We a psyched! Take Care and Looking forward to seeing you in cruising season, which is pretty much year round here. Cindy (Celtic Sun)
