'Dining' -- 1/29/2015

After we give her a quick once over, we say so long for now to Willie's Tug, and head south to Seattle.

How do you spell Hospitality?

We arrive just in time for Happy Hour and a front row center seat to watch the cooking. Tonight's dinner is green curry and halibut, complemented by cucumber and avocado salad dressed with rice wine vinegar, lime juice and red pepper flakes.    

How do you spell delicious?

I sit spellbound as I watch Vicki roast the peppers one by one.  Awesome!

But wait, there's more.  We are treated to the glow of a sunset over Puget Sound as we watch Vicki prepare bananas foster.
