Actually, Jake's Ferry is not large enough to transport all of us to Zuma, so with PFDs on, we get into a larger dinghy to cruise over together.
Once aboard we get a grand tour of Zuma, a 53 ft Selene, and a beautiful ship! One could get lost here. Imagine what I could do with 22 more feet! As someone goes up the stairs from the pilot house, the family doggie, Boomer, says, "Aren't you going to invite me up?"
Janeane gives a tour of the pilot house to Gail, Herb, Ray and his daughter, Brenna, and she poses for a photo with Herb.
What fun we have visiting and sharing stories, planning the next cruise. But a few friends are missing. Ray's wife, Jocelyn, has been out of the state and unable to travel with him and Brenna on this trip, so Patrick decides to play a trick on her.
He calls her with a hilarious scenario and we have a nice phone visit with her. We look forward to the Ranger Rendezvous when their whole family can join us.
The evening passes much too fast, the sun sets and we travel back to the Sailing Club for a good night's sleep, dreaming of MoonShadow's Bruce and Vicki, who will join us tomorrow.
